Extradition and a bullying American coward

The American administration shows again that it has no balls.  In two high profile extradition cases it pursues an Asperger's syndrome sufferer, who was searching US sites for evidence of UFO's, and is now accused of spying and awaits extradition.  And, if you want to know who the rogue sites are, where you can download copyrighted material, then you can use Google, Yahoo, ASK, or Bing, etc.  They don't store such stuff, but know a man who does and they'll point you there.  23 year old Richard O'Dwyer didn't store copyrighted material for download, but, much like the big search engines, "knew a man who did".  Yet, in cowardly and vindictive fashion the US administration is seeking his extradition to stand trial, and our arseholes of Judges and own cowardly British administration is allowing it.  (I write this hot on the heels of my government, there to serve me, as are the judges and whole legal system, put the rights of some lying, Miserable Polish B**** over the rights of an Englishman.  We already declared war on Germany because of Poland, we've done our bit.  Or rather My Grandfather and Uncles did - voluntarily in my Grand dad's case.  It's like some Mafia of a certain nationality down at the once rat infested Tesco  in South Wigston.  I have photos, don't bother with libel, Tesco)!


China is doing what Japan did years ago, only doing it on a vaster scale.  It copies American and Western European goods with, it seems, impunity, and then exports these copies back to US, and the US especially.  Yet the US administration is into bullying those weaker than itself only, and not bringing to account those that are matching it, and will very soon relegate it to second place in the world.  Instead it singles out harmless young men (in these two highlighted cases) and seeks to rip them from their homes to be tried there:  and our spineless government capitulates.  Copyright infringement is international and rightly so.  If our cowards in Westminster Palace recognize copyright infringement and they do), and use this to justify rolling over, and DIRECTING Judges to (screw impartiality of the judiciary. If it fully exists, then I'm Queen Bodicea) to make the most scandalous rulings in favour of an American admin, then why don't they circumvent the unnecessary and barbaric act of extradition and point out that English law is as good, if not better than American law (on paper), and say No, no extradition.  We were about to extradite him in recognition of an unlawful act having been committed, but have decided that, this being so, we may as well try him in English courts.  You cannot question out fairness and ability to conduct the case.  After all, you have aspects of the English Magna Carta of 1215 incorporated in your constitution. 


It's the only recourse that makes any sense!


And what of China, America?  How come you chase after a couple of Englishmen and not all those American search engines, but more pertinently, China.  You can't say those Englishmen cost your economy more than a few thousand dollars at most.  Yet, China's illegal copying and exporting of fake branded goods back to you, must be costing the US economy billions of dollars.  You cannot now argue that "we want to stay sweet with the Chinese because it's good for the economy", so what does that leave.  Why don't you get heavy handed with them?  Could it be the not to be sneezed at matter of a few ICBMs? and a people's army of about 4 million?


That seems to me what it boils down to in the end with you.  Talk about "the elephant in the room".  There's a whole herd here you're ignoring and trying to divert people's attention away from.  Just for the record, how many chinese nationals have you sought extradition of? Never mind the fact that it seems to be recognized that the Chinese government turn a blind eye to anything that benefits their people or them?


How many of your citizens have you arrested for buying illegal imports?  It's bad enough that legal imports are often cheaper and better made than home produced goods.  Draw your horns in.  You're showing yourself up for the hypocrites, cowards and bullies you are in the Capitol.

THIS WAS INITIALLY A TONGUE IN CHEEK REPLY TO A FACEBOOK ACQUAINTANCE'S QUIP ABOUT FEMA CONCENTRATION CAMPS BUILT DURING THE REGAN ERA AND A LITTLE PRIOR. A game I've been playing, which addresses this issue as, increasingly, do many other intelligent games which are proliferating, set the initial tone of my reply. However, I appeal to my countrymen and the American people to, to think beyond the confines of which our governments hope we don't stray. Power exists for it's own sake. Or some think they know better - like Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot, etc. Tyrrants, yet heroes to some, responsible for the deaths of millions of those they were supposed to serve ************ I busted into a couple of these FEMA camps and killed all the private army ran by" Belltower", some British owned 'security'company loyal to any government or corporation with the money to buy it's know how. I always gave the commander an extra one to the head at point blank for killing my copter pilot, Faridah Malik. She was a lovely girl, and I took it badly. Originally I'd always believed in stealth to get done what needed doing. After the Chinese government changed our flight plan, last minute, so that Belltower could blow us out of the sky with a GTA heat seeker, and then mercilessly homed in on her after she'd made me bail, I had only hatred for these guys. I didn't let a single one live, never have since then. The FEMA camps were built during Regan's time. They're the means by which those in power retain it. Not to serve the masses by suppressing the criminal minority, as they would have you believe, but to serve themselves by incarcerating or even eliminating (it's cheaper) anyone who dissents. We are made to feel we are the servants of those who are supposed to serve us. DEUS EX. (referred to above) addresses some of what we let happen under our very noses. Do you really think the UK and US governments were happy about the "Arab Spring" this year, where people threw off the shackles of dictatorships? They were shitting themselves and still are. This week I read that the home office is probably about to equip our police with water canons and plastic bullets, which have never ever been used on the UK mainland. Do you think they will only wheel these things out in riots. (Like the American police who are supposed only to Tazer people in serious circumstances, but who will, in fact, taze and poor bastard who doesn't call them "sir"). I despise the stupidity of the near majority of members of the public, who agree to these changes and impositions on their human rights (Think of those who keep things free for you you stupid bastards). They somehow seem to think that any grievance they ever have will be taken care of by their solicitors, in court, and in a civilised fashion. They cannot imagine that their government would do anything they would wish to protest about, even demonstrate about. Don't the morons know that the last thing any government wants is a demonstration with good cause, that's going peacefully and changing opinion. THEY HATE THAT!! They're afraid of that. Never asked yourself why our still free press has reported so many times that the police were somehow able to turn a peaceful protest into a full blown riot. People will, and should only take so much. And home office. Consider well whether you should push moderate England nearer to a police state and try suppressing our rights any further. When we English (I can't speak for the Scottish of Welsh) raise our voices in dissent, then you had better believe that there is good reason for it. You serve us. I order you as my servant to do your sums again and have a damn good rethink as to how you propose to address the grievances of those you are meant to serve. There are consequences. To every action there is a reaction, and it isn't always a knee jerk one, but may be careful and well considered. Think about that servant.

Calls For Iran To Cease Uranium Enrichment.

"A week is a long time in politics", said Harold Wilson. It's also long enough for me to change my views on things I felt near passionate about. I was first in line to condemn Iran for enriching uranium, even though it was just to meet their energy needs. Well of course it was! I was pretty damn draconian as to the sort of sanctions that should be imposed on them until they fell into line with calls by the UN and much of the rest of the world to tow the nuclear - or nukelar if your name's G. W. Bush - (and you're a president of a nation with a sizeable nukelar detergent. That's right, the best ethnic cleansing tool of the lot) line.
Now, because of the shenanigans of USA and Israel (I can barely conceive that some of the sage mandarins in the white house (and who tamed congress) couldn't forsee the consequences) the Iranian hierarchy would have to be stark staring mad, in the suicidal direction, to dispose of one subatomic particle of fissionable material - assuming they haven't got fusion cracked yet. There's never been any love lost between the USA, Israel and Iran. But now that Israel is flexing the USA's muscles I know what I would do, ASAP, were I Iran!

Fall of Soviet Union - Middle East Ripe For Picking

The Jews have been persecuted for 1000s years - I asked why and researched a few years ago. I'd have thought they'd learned something about humanity after the Holocaust and settled into peaceful coexistence with it's neighbours after they were given Israel after WWll. I don't know of any country that's caused so many wars, in that part of the world, in so short a space of time. The Israelis have always enjoyed a measure of protection from the rest of the world since WWll especially from the USA. There can be few American institutions from banks to film studios that are owned by any other country or it's 'countrymen' that are as small as Israel. It's small wonder that Israel and it's interests are so well represented in the USA.
I always wondered when, after the cold war ended and the USA had no one to fear, how fast they would start carving the middle east up.
I'm not in the slightest bit surprised that the most powerful nation in that part of the world, Israel, is now acting overtly as the USA's puppets. Neither should I be surprised that an already aggressive nation has become more so under the auspices of the united states. Butthead Bush ought to know that all of the tinpot dictatorships, from Khmer Rouge onwards became more murderous with the 'moral' support of the USA. (Even to the point of the Israel killing a few UN observers as if to say to the USA, look, we can demonstrate the contempt we have for them , which is a step better than you ignoring them anyway when they don't support your expansionist aims. (I could barely believe that that Israel would do that myself except that I'm a damn sight more convinced of the veracity of the words and beliefs of Kofi Annan than Ehud Olmert and Butthead Bush).

I know why the US government is acting the way it is. But, I cannot reconcile the Israeli claim that the palestinians started the present bloodbath when all they did was to kidnap two soldiers. Sounds a bit like the Nazi's saying we will kill 100 women and children for every slight against a Soldier of the fatherland. I can scarcely believe that 92% of the Jews in Israel countenance their government's actions.

But then neither could I understand, when I as looking for the root of Jewish persecution, the teachings and beliefs of Jewish orthodoxy. Below is an excerpt from the Talmud which far outweighs the old Testament in importance amongst Jewish orthodoxy. This is a somewhat watered down version of what I originally read several years ago. The up to date references are obviously someone's opinion on how the Jewish faith bears on current events in the middle east. What the hell, if the cap fits.
Right now, I'm sick and tired of writing elsewhere about the USA and my own goverment's prime minister.
In the past few hours, Israel has decided to stop bombing, for a few hours, only at the behest of Butthead Bush who is ever mindful of what the American people (Read Arms trade and American big business - our paymasters) and the other American people - that 50% who vote the goverment in (seems to be a correlation between that figure and the c50% who're illiterate and semi-literate) can stomach being done in their name and the name of humanity by that proud protector of the oppressed people everywhere (where did that 3000,000 die at the hands of the Khmer Rouge. Oh yeh, cambodia. No oil there though so doesn't count).

I am unable to use the SMS option as Google haven't got around to making the SMS facility available in the UK yet and I know of no one with a Gmail account.

Her Story (Her Story!)

As the title says, this is her story. It's here because 27th May would have been the first year. But we, both I guess, contrived to fall short by a few hours.

This is my story and damnit im sticking to it !!
Once apon a time,
Well let just call this lady D.
And she lived pretty quiet most would say .
One day while in the computer she felt as though she was missing something, So she decided to go in a chat room of some sorts. It was different to her but she really seemed to have enjoyed the first few days she had chatted on there.
One day out of the blue she happen to get a message, Now mind you the message had been a comment about her profile that she had created and in the wording was clearly stated she wasnt out for nasty chat nor looking for anyone. So when she had recieved this message in her mail she opened it, This man we will call him A. . Well A had informed her that not everyone was on a chat room for the bad things that was talked about in them. This interested this lady D so much that she really wanted to talk to this man see what his angle was. You know them angles you think yeah well i bet after we talk for a couple days and out it will come with the chat I never wanted?... Well as it was Lady D had to go on a vacation she had been feeling very bored with home and just needed to get out in the sunshine for three weeks.
Vacation was great and it gave her a nice breath of fresh sea air and fun with the kids, Then she came home.
When she decided to get on her computer up pops her mail box from her chat area, Very surprised she opened the mail and there was this man ( Mr. A ) sending her his e-mail addy and informing her she had just a few days to except or withdraw his name.
Well as it was she was mortified because the mail had been sent two week ahead of the time she was getting home from vacation. Oh no was she to late? Or even how would he respond if she just went ahead and messaged back at him. Would you think he would ignore her?
Pleasent enough he didn't ignore her he commented it took her long enough to respond though, so of course she told him how she took the kids and left for a few weeks and had just returned.
He laughed and I think he might have been shocked that she had even sent any mail back to him seens her time had really expired and that left her to think oh no I don't want him thinking I'm being rude.
Well as the story goes our Lady D and Mr. A start talking, at first not a whole lot but mostly when they could catch each other on the net. Both was on this chat but both was not looking for anyone special at all. Don't know what this lady really had that attracted the man. But knowing and speaking for the lady d I know she really thought the man was very intellegent,interesting, and hey he was also very nice looking , so as time went on they talked more and more everyday. Each one falling for the other but not wanting to indulge the other in their feeling because niether was looking for that. Besides they lived atleast 4000 miles apart. I can't really say for sure what Mr. A was thinking as time went by but I really can speak for Lady D. She had never met a men like this before he was so different then men she had ever talked to, I don't know I would have to say Mature, very out spoken, intellegent, and had a way of making Lady D laugh, and feel so warm inside ,she in return would throw him off at times as well and also she would throw him a funny here and there. Knowing this Lady D she loves to laugh, Laugh till she crys. well she met her match. The more they talked and joked the more Lady D felt him with her in her heart growing so every fond of him but still not wanting to tell how she felt, She tryed to keep it hid for while till she knew how she really felt. Mind you no man she had ever met had ever made her feel this certain way before. Don't get me wrong she had male friends that was funny of course and talked to her as well but this one was special, so special she about broke her neck everyday to be on the computer just to feel how just very much he would make her smile just coming on the computer. At this point her heart would pound so hard with just a Hello from him each day. But it got to where if he had been busy one day and couldnt come on to make her heart race then she would be sad that whole day. This went on well the talking for many months and out of the blue Lady D couldn't hold it in anymore she had to indulge the man how she really felt. She though if she hadn't told him she was going to burst. Have you ever felt this way about anyone before? And if you have, have you made sure before you really letting them know you loved them? Well this is how Lady D felt, She did bide her time, and tryed to not think that way. To this day lady D is still very much in love with Mr. A. He makes her day, lights up her nights, makes her feel her heart beat so loud she can feel it right in her chest without needing anything to hear it with. Some would say she didn't give it enough time and he might not have wanted to hear them words come out. Well Lady D felt if she wouldn't have told him when she did then he would never have known. And Lady D has no regretes on telling him how she feels.


Moral of the story, Stop wasting your time just talking, let that person you feel that strongly about know every single day, Don't let time go by and never get the chance. Because as we all know charrish today what may be gone tomorrow.
